I'm facing this issue since the Oxygen OS10.3.2 update on my OnePlus 7. Whenever I open the Google Play Store app just after 3-4 seconds, it crashes down.

I've also searched for the issue in the existing threads, there they say to uninstall Google+ app, but I don't have the Google+ app installed in my phone.

Ive tried rebooting the device after clearing the Cache from both Google Play Store and Google Play Services, but that doesn't make any difference.

Please help me to find a solution for the same.

    Play Store version is : 19.7.12-all [0] [PR] 305919187
Also, the app shows that the version is up to date.

    How to uninstall a pre-installed app ?
I'm unable to find any option to do that.

Bro you can't uninstall the app fully but you can uninstall the updates to factory version to do that just click the three dots button in the top right corner from the app info page it will show uninstall updates select it the it will install the update.

Now download the latest version of the app from apk mirror site and install it...

Let me know whether it worked for you.

    Thanks a lot bro..

I uninstalled Google Play Store's updates and left it as it is.. I prefer reinstalling updates on its own..

It reinstalled all the updtes itself and It hasn't crashed till now..

    I believe this one worked.
