First of all please forgive my bad English, this is from Google Translate
My phone is oneplus 3t ,and system is official oxygen 9.0.6
But the google play store display device is not certified,so that I can’t download apps like netflix
The phone does not have root or unlock bootloader
I try to manually go to the webpage about the device is not certified, then clear google play data and restart phone
    but neither worked well
I don't know what to do now

This thread section is for 3rd party development for the device and unrelated to your thread topic(s). Don't expect any support here if you can't post it in the correct section.

If your device isn't rooted nor has the bootloader unlocked.
If showing "UnCertified", clear App data for PlayStore from within system settings, make sure PS is cleared from the recents menu and reboot the device. It should now show "Certified" within PS settings menu and allow for installation of Netflix.
