Google Stadia (still waiting.......)

    I purchase the OnePlus 9 Pro on June 4th and after numerous live chats and numerous different reasons I have yet to receive the promised Google Stadia.

    First it was because I had to wait 14 days after purchase.
    Then it was 14 days after receiving the goods.
    Then it was 30 days after receiving the goods.
    I have now received the code and link which do not work.
    OnePlus told me to speak to Google to find out why!?

    The reason is that the code is not for the promised "Clearly White" Stadia controller and instead a YouTube version which was a promotion which ended some time ago.

    FFS. Sort this out it can't be that hard surely.

    Edit #1: Another Google rep has emailed may to say the code had actually been already redeemed by someone else

    Edit #2: Had another code from OP. Same outcome, Google confirmed its already been used as well.

    Edit #3: Two months after purchasing the phone I've now had four codes, all of which are invalid codes.

    Edit #4: Code number 5 worked

    I saw you took it upon you however he was waiting again waiting for more than a week. I saw other cases in the German community where this issue was solved within a couple of days, hence my post. Also this issue is now going on for more than a month and still people keep having the same issues.

    I just had another email from customer services with another link and code this morning. Guess what? "Coupon code is invalid". Sent them a screenshot. I am awaiting the "please give me 2-3 business days" email.

    Shocking customer support.

    Seriously not happy now, I bought the phone two months ago. I've bought almost every OP phone from the original device, won't be happening again.

    @dsmonteiro Thanks for pushing this as much as you can. Not sure what else you or anyone else can do?

    Thanks @dsmonteiro - I'll see what they come back with but I am seriously considering requesting a refund for the phone (as per UK consumer law). I've given them three chances already!

    Lets see what happens....

    Support emailed me this morning and now I have a working code.
