So as it says above, got my OPO and been playing with it all day. Updated the phone as soon as I turned it on and no problems yet except for one thing. For some reason I can not seem to get my picture messaging working, I have tried about every post on here to try and get it to work. I called iWireless (T-Mobile affiliate) to see if they can figure out what's going on. Nothing, I can go without picture messaging if I must but really don't want to. I anyone can think of something to please help me out, I'm up for suggestions.

Your APN settings must be exact....Google MMS setting for T-Mobile...there's one entry that's kinda tricky for all unlocked phones..my opo did that but I didn't have MMS correctly configured...

    Delete PIAPicture Messaging,
    Change iWireless to Web 2
Change iWireless MMS to Picture Messaging
Then go into Picture Messagin APN> under MMS proxy you will see 209.4.229.32, change it to 209.4.229.31
Do not change anything else or your internet and picture messaging won't work!!!
Picture messaging for me works most of the time but I'm in a small town, so hopefully in a bigger city it would work all the time.
If that does not help then you will have to go into Web 2 and change APN type to default or internet (I usually get internet but no MMS with it just default or internet).

Also make sure you go into Network operators and register your phone with iWireless and not Iowa Wireless USA. That was a big mistake on my end when I first got my phone.

Grr, still not working. Maybe it is because I'm in DSM and actually in a T-Mobile service area instead of being connected to iWireless towers...

I can send the messages, but can't get the messages to download.

iWirelss and T-Mobile use the same towers. If anything call iWireless and see if they can help or even better go to a iWireless store and have them help you.

Did you wait for your service to be come active before you tried to send a picture? Sometimes is takes a minute or two. If it's orange instead of what that means its not totally connected to the network.

    Good info Chino!
I had to switch to iWireless and finally got around to looking for the "correct" APN's. Worked a charm!
