Fast_and_Curious , Jan 24, 2022 : In India most of the carriers have changed the recharge packs without outgoing SMS. For example, Vi needs a minimum recharge of Rs.179 if you want outgoing sms. If you dont have that pack, gpay fails to send sms even when you have main balance. Have you checked that?

asingh95 , via OnePlus Nord , Jan 24, 2022 : I have ported to vi and done frc of 269 which is more than the amount you are quoting.... Moreover, I am able to send messages to other person.
the_o2 , Jan 25, 2022 : I have seen the issue with VI Simcard once the Sim is replaced by new Sim card or Ported to VI, have you tried contacting them, have you getting OTP from other apps like My VI app or some other banking apps?
asingh95 , via OnePlus Nord , Jan 25, 2022 : I tried to swap the Sim after facing the issue but that too wasn't helpful.... Only gpay and phonepe is not working... I am getting otp from all other app.
