Same notice on my OP3T Open Beta 13. Play protect deactivated it. For the moment do not register hardware anomalies

I got the same yesterday and as I am aware of malwares I felt it is a one as it clearly described GPIO switch as harmful , so I disabled it out of fear.
Soon afterwards I got the need to use my Camera ( to just snap my new OnePlus 5's #ShotOnOnePlus pic in its box) and Voila!!.
Now I can't use my Rear Camera at all!!!
Only Front Camera is working and that 'switch to rear camera' icon is not working.

Today I backed up all of my data and did a factory reset with complete erasure , and yet now it isnt working.

Now I need a serious apology from Google to all users by sending another message saying to "Turn On the GPIO switch" , since I can't turn it on now , even from the disabled system apps section. It is grayed out with no enabling option!

Guess I would have to give my OnePlus 3 to a repaor center.Damn you Google.

I don't know about the errors some peoble are seing.

I disabled GPIO switch, when Play Protect warned me about it.

And I don't see any ill effects from it. All hardware & software buttons still work, and both cameras still work.

If this is the case (I hope not as I've just disabled it) OnePlus must address it as soon as possible...

OP crapped the bed on this one. Stuck with a permanent notification about the GPIO Switch currently.

You can remove the notification by pressing on keep when Play Protect asks you if you want to remove the app

The Play Store is known to prohibit apps that modify the device's SELinux state.

Note the GPIO Switch app contains the following string:

    Code:
    请选择GPIO 警告:如果未生效,请关闭selinux 权限,关闭方法:adb shell setenforce 0
I'm not familiar with Play Protect but I would bet money that the inclusion of that command (even as instructions for the user to perform on their own) is the reason it was flagged.
