    hi there !

after the last update my GPS is not working properly which renders google maps useless since it does not update my location as I move.
could you provide with a solution for this?

    thanks and best regards

I had the same problem since last update.
I resolved with downgrade to 4.1.6.
Im not root and bootloader block.
Download the rom and install from the recovery stock. Very easy.
    Sorry my English

guys I'll strongly recommend using the bug report ....I did they did some tests and gathered logs for review..may be if all that's affected do same they would actually see your complain and so the same as they did with myself and may be release a fix...

complaining in general forums not going to do much... so make use of the bug reporting ....

Also have the issue. Clearing agps or reboot. Clearing cache helped for a while. Will do a bug report

    go to app store

    find maps app

    click uninstall

it will ask whether you want to uninstall updates, click yes.

    restart you're phone.

This steps should fix your problems for now.

    Thanks Rarog:

Firstly, please check the surrounding environment, if possible we want to know the performance of ref devices in same place.

Secondly, Please capture the log for us:

    1. Input *#800# from dialing interface, enter "oneplus logkit", delete history log

    2. Enter “Wireless connection”, click “get gps log info”

    3. Go back to last stage, click "save log"

    5. Click "get QXDM Log", choose "GPS-related", roll down, click "open device log"

    6. Make the issue reproduce and take a screenshot to record the time, then stay for a few minutes (better above 10 minutes)

    7. Click “save log” again to stop it, enter QXDM Log and choose “close device log”.

    8. Finally, enter file manager>storage>oem_log, find the folder, zip it and send it to us along with the screenshot

my email address is : harvie.he@oneplus.net

    Thanks a lot
    Looking forward for your supports.
