gps while tracking outdoor cycling is not working. Feb 11, 2021

    Whenever I try tracking my cycling session, it says gps is off even when it's on. I am using one plus 6 and the gps is working fine on the phone. Please help. Thanks.

    Yesterday I downloaded strava and used that while I turned my watch on and coincidentally both worked! You can try that out

    I'm facing the same issue, watch it's not recording distance, calories or route. While I'm on a Bike program.

    Would love to have some support to fix this issue.

    I'm also have the issue of it not recording distance for cycling. GPS seems to work fine for walking, but stays at 0 distance for cycling.

    I am having the same issue. Steps seem to be recording and GPS appears to be active. Records time but not speed or distance. I have OnePlus 9.

    I am having the issue. I have tried using the app on several rides. But have 0 miles and no mph tracked throughout the rides.

    I have exactly the same issue. 4 times tried outdoor cycling and since gps failed to record my route the workout was not logged. Have a look at these pictures
