Grarak VS Seraph08 builds

Hi, does anyone know what the difference between Grarak's and Seraph08's builds are?
I'm running Grarak's latest build at the moment and was wondering whether it would be advantageous to switch to Seraph08's. Are there any optimisations (battery, signal, etc) (I'm guessing not signal as that would require a new RADIO afaik) or are they, for all intents and purposes, identical?

ROM contains work done by Grarak in mostly OP2 specific components + Lot of other contributions in various other components

Grarak's last build contained almost all of his device specific changes.

Seraph08 builds from CyanogenMod code base which has all of Grarak's code along with the latest contributions by others in various other components.

Hence, Seraph08's build is bleeding edge. It will have a fair share of improvements and breakages. It is a moving codeline...

Quick questions I have heard that these builds have wifi issues... Like wifi disconnects and battery drain on wifi... Is this true?

there are some people who are experiencing wifi drops, also some people solved it and others have no problem.

for me personally i have no wifi drops.

wifi battery drain is a bug in MM self, even nexus phones experience that.
also with this some people have it some don't

Wifi disconnect bug is present at both builds. I saw a workaround (at seraph's thread maybe) which is supposed to reduce the amount of disconnects.

And for wifi drain, disable wifi scan from location settings.

Yep I guess clean flash is the only way since they're basically two different ROMs even if seraph used some of Grarak's.

coming from grarak's CM13, wipe data is optional.
coming from any other ROM [lollipop or marshmallow based] is mandatory.

I have no battery drain what so ever on my Nexus, i have also not seen any battery drains or Wi-Fi disconnections on any Nexus's roms I have tried.
5-6 hrs sot on every rom, so i have no idea why your mentioning the Nexus.

I'm guessing because there's a few people who have complained online. I typed Marshamallow wifi drain and there's a few nexus users complaining. According to most people it's a bug in the stats so there's a actual no drain

No bugs in the stock based ROMs , and it funny that I have not heard much talk of a WiFi bug until I heard of these 2 ROMs. If their were i would have come across it by now, I have been using MM for 6 months
Having said that I haven't really spent much time on CM based ROMs perhaps this is where the issue lies.
