    Installation Instructions

    Coming from another rom/clean install:
If coming from MM, you will need 3.2.6+ firmware, available here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/development/firmware-updates-oos-3-1-2-3-5-2-t3465312
(If going back to MM, use 3.2.4)
Reboot to recovery, flash required firmware
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache, data
Flash rom zip, su and gapps
If you choose to use the Open Beta 9/10 N firmware you'll need a modified TWRP or you'll lose your recovery.
    Modified TWRP available here: http://downloadmirror.co/1KuN/twrp-3.0.2-1.28-oneplus3.img
    Credits to @eng.stk

Updating from a previous build/dirty flash:
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache in recovery
Flash rom zip, su and any other zips you may use
Never dirty flash from one rom to another

If you want root access, SuperSU will need to be flashed, v2.79 works for me. After flashing, your device may boot twice before boot animation, don't worry it'll be fine after that.

Substratum support is there as long as you have root and latest Substratum app. Some themes may have a little catching up to do, have fun testing them!

If you have any issues, grab a log after a clean flash, upload and link here please. Add steps to reproduce the issue in your post.
Do not report issues dirty flashing this over some unofficial build or with some kernel flashed.
Logcat Extreme app is great as you can choose to start recording a log just before reproducing an error and stop recording just after so you log just the part you need.

Xposed is not supported here, if you want to run it and have issues, try an Xposed thread for support and bug reports here only welcome with a clean install with no Xposed present.

Make sure to state which rom you are running when asking for support

    Dynamic Gapps

    Open Gapps

    Validus :
    Build 01/13
    Tesla :
    Build 01/14
    Tipsy :
    Build 01/15

    I'm the tester from Paris.
Glad I could test it out for you !
Device is quite nice and ROM is, as usual, brilliant...

Here's a hint on how to reboot into "TWRP" once you've flashed it...
You must wait for the weird "Unlock" warning to be displayed.
Then use the sound buttons to tell it boot into recovery.
Once you've done, hit the power button. It will take you back to that Unlock warning.
Hit power button once again, and once it begins to boot, immediatly press "Volume down".

Took me a little time to get it and thought it might help other people.

You get any questions... I can try to answer them :)

This is even better! Gonna pick this up in a week or two once I see more reviews from people who bought the phone.

    Hi cezar,

Well, I bought it. If you're interested, here's what I think about it (with Tipsy, not OOS).

I come from a Nexus 5 (even though I've had a OPO also).

Device is thin. and metallic, and really flat. So, it feels a little awkward in my big hands. I'm under the impression it'll slip. Luckily, they gave the SandStone back cover for free at the Paris sale. And that solves the problem but at the cost of the hiding the nice metallic body :-( Will try to get a transparent silicone skin if I find one for a fair price (considering the quality of their covers, 25€ for the ones from OnePlus is really not a fair price).

Performance wise, it's amazingly fast !!! Coming from a Nexus 5, you can really feel the speed improvement ! No lags, everything is really smooth. Even the storage space seems to be much faster ! Installing a custom ROM, wiping cache, rebuilding app cache on first boot, make a nandroid... everything seems to be really fast.

The fingerprint scanner is the first one I use. So I can't compare with others. But for sure I can tell : it's immediate. As soon as my finger touches the scanner, it's unlocked ! I have to get used to it, but I think it will be fast :)

I also used the GPS. Brilliant ! Fixes satellites in 4/5 seconds. And if I drive through a tunnel, signal is recovered within a few seconds.

I haven't used the camera. I'm not a great photographer. So I can't really tell about it.

I also haven't used the speakers/headphones output. But can do that to check it.

I've read some reviews stating that the display isn't nicely calibrated and that it's too blueish. I haven't noticed that with my bare eye, but have no device to measure. But honestly ? Who cares about measures ? All I can say is that I like the screen as it is.
But it has a problem : if I look at it with a 30° angle, or more, then it get's really really blueish :-( Maybe it's because I so far did not remove the plastic protection that comes with it... but that is really noticeable :-(
