While I do keep some unnecessary features off like Wifi scanning, Bluetooth scanning, etc. I leave most others to their default values because the small savings in battery (if at all) are not worth the time and effort. Having an automation app running in the background just to turn off some features at night is not something I would recommend. Besides, some of these automation require root. And you haven't probably tested how much battery these apps use by themselves for offering the required functionality. So spending 2% battery to save 4% at night and letting such apps consume another 2% during the day is practically of no use.

I charge my phone first thing in the morning, so it really doesn't matter how much battery is used at night, especially due to how little I would save by doing all these. I find it much easier to simply open Quick Settings, turn off Wifi & Mobile Data if I want to save some battery. With internet off, most other features won't work (so won't drain battery either), and I still have my phone available for any emergency calls.

Same on my end as well. My nord 2 has anywhere between 15-25% overnight battery drain, which is just atrocious. One thing that I find surprising/weird is that the clock app is the second highest battery consumer on my device almost every single day, can't understand why is that.
