    I can't flash TWRP.
I'm on Mac with fastboot and adb working.
My oos 3.1.4 won't mantain TWRP after flashing it: if I manually reboot into recovery loads TWRP but can't mount any storage, and rebooting comes back to the official Oneplus recovery...

You have to do 'adb reboot bootloader' then 'fastboot flash recovery twrp.img'

Sorry then I can't help. ADB is different on the Mac OS. What does it say on Twrp when you try to flash? Can you give screenshots and upload them on to your post?

flashing TWRP with fastboot goes well.
when I reboot into TWRP can't mount any Storage (0mb), so it's impossibile to flash any zip.
    so I reboot into oos.

I just can't understand why it doesn't work. After selecting Install it should show your internal storage

It seems that there is a new main board that is causing this issue.
Hopefully one of the twrp developers can fix this. Hopefully..

I have your same version number.
I just received my phone with a new logic board from the assistance

    Congratulations!
You are the chosen one, like a few other of us, as you have a new logic board and cannot flash twrp. At least not at the moment.

    I started a thread here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-x/help/twrp-access-internal-storage-t3513748
I had a remote session, they did the things you mentioned above, and it ended up bricked. I had to send my device to oneplus to get it fixed.

Apparently, there has been some changes in the partition scheme (as seen here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=70301747&postcount=144)

Oneplus says that there isn't any differences between the version number ONE E1003_15_161107 (old) and ONE E1003_15_161107 (new) but there are several people that are having the same problem as me.

I knew I was right!
For a moment I thought i turned noob :tearsofjoy:

    That's my story:
After my CPU blew up, I sent my OPX to the assistance and they returned with a ne logic board.
Then, trying to flash TWRP, I messed up with something and bricked my phone (no OS, only oneplus recovery and a locked bootloader).
Tried to unbrick with the mega-unbrick guide (msm download tool) but without success (no errors, just the same results), so I had to contact again the assistance and with a remote session (they used their msm download tool) I have back my OPX.
Now the bootloader is unlocked, but can't go further.

Now I started thinking that that's the reason why the unbrick guide couldn't work (despite of what the technician said during the remote session, that is the files I found online were corrupted)

How do you check what version OnePlus X you have? (The 2 versions you wrote at the bottom)
