Well, everything is alright with step 4
You don't need to push Volume up + Power on, just Volume up

you're a bit misunderstood: you don't need to push power button, just volume up button(thread fixed)

but the file they have provided the link for to download differ in size from yours. are there any differences or just the compression technique?
actually i wanted to get my phone flashed from their side but they require an active internet connection for that and i use oneplus as my source of internet connection. so the case is stuck until i try to find another internet source. should i go by your guide to achieve the exact same result? and what is the oos version i'll be getting from your zip?

    Just type:
    Code:
    fastboot oem lock
Note that you need to have a stock recovery

step 12. press "Start" and wait installation process finished...

What exactly thing that install on this...since there's only unbrick tools (op3/3t) & the drivers ??

Do we need to download any rom zip or somethin then browse it by the tool before pressing start? or by pressing "start" it will download & install the fixes fro op server directly like ota ??

unbrick tool contains the files from the OOS ROM so don't worry, just download MSM DownloadTool get everything ready and hit 'Start' :3

At first, md5 failed, I made a tool unbrick, tool complete green, but my op is still md5 failed + bootloop. I tried to do 5 6 times, the phone did not boot up, the phone only got the qualcomm 9006 driver. I tried again to get the qualcomm 9008 driver, and the unbrick tool turned green, but my op still Not saved, black screen, not boot

So you always get MD5 verification failed?
Change the PC then, as I mentioned in the thread there are some hardware specific problems
