Try wipe dalvik and cache again and reboot system

If the OS still does not boot you can dirty flash the full rom and boot in to OS.
    Download the latest OOS 4.5.14
Flash the Full Zip via TWRP
    Flash Magisk or SuperSU
    Reboot System

There is no need to panic, the guide is fully tested my thousands here and XDA
I also have these threads running here for unlocking & here for update

I'm sorry but your telegram group seems pretty useless to me:
Tried to get some help but they're only offending each other there!

Rooted! Thanks for the guide - MUCH APPRECIATED! :)
Only thing I was missing was the fact that after connecting the new device to my computer the folder was empty until someone in the telegram group told me to change the setting in the USB notification.

    Please guys, I need help.

I've tried REALLY hard (5 hours, 2 computers) to solve this on my own. I give up.

I've mainly tried to follow this guide, but I get stuck in the 1st step - unlocking the bootloader.
What I've done to try and solve it, is to follow other guides on how to install SDK and unlock the bootloader.

Here's the problem, whatever I do, it seems impossible for the computer to find the phone in the CMD prompt.
When I've rooted my previous phones, I've had to open the CMD prompt from the platform-tools folder, so I tried that as well. No luck. I tried installing Koush's Universal Driver. No luck.

One computer doesn't have the CMD anymore, it has Powershell instead that, if I'm not mistaken, should work just as good. But just to make sure that wasn't the problem I tried it on my old computer as well, it still has the CMD, same result.

My OP5 is untouched, so there shouldn't be any problems with the phone itself.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help, and just ask if I forgot to tell anything else that is important.

What a great tutorial. In this way, It's a piece of cake.
Very nice how you have shown a-z in a nice structure, with the support of the photos.I have been working with custom ROMs for years, but have never experienced such a great explanation before. Thank you for that.

Did you Enable OEM unlocking first? Did you use the latest ADB,Fastboot,Drivers v.1.4.3? NO need to install huge SDK.

    15 seconds ADB Installer v1.4.3

    ADB, Fastboot and Drivers

    What is this?
This is All-in-One installer for 3 most needed PC tools for Android. No need to download big SDK for 3 small things. I originaly made it for my Kurdish friend AnGrY DuDe in early 2013. I saw another ADB installer on XDA, but it wasn't good enough for me so i'm finaly posting it here. It's very small and fast installer for tools and drivers.

    Small - 9.18 MB
Fast - 15 seconds install (many times its even less)
AIO - ADB, Fastboot and also Drivers
Easy to install - just run it and program will guide you
Clean - ADB and Google Drivers from latest SDK

    Install process:
    1. Run it (Require administrator privileges)2. Press Y/Yes to install ADB and Fastboot or N/No to skip
    3. Press Y/Yes to install ADB system-wide or N/No for current user only
    4. Press Y/Yes to install Drivers or N/No to skip
    5. Continue Driver installation
    6. 15 seconds passed - finished!

Thanks for helping out once more.

I am puzzled.... Look at this picture:

It doesnt list my OP5, but I was able to access bootloader anyway o_O
I honestly didn't know what I was doing.. I just figured I'd try and see what happens.

I'm happy it worked, and hope it can help other people as well.

Since yesterday my phone offers an OTA packet (4.5.15 1561MB). In the popup window it says that root was detected but that I will loose it when upgrading...
    Please help me!
How can I update to Oreo and regain root and not loose data?
