Guys mange to bring back my oneplus one from hard brick state, now its not booting in color OS? Jul 5, 2015

    Hi Friends,

    I had a bricked Oneplus one yesterday. I did manage to bring it back to life by using procedure suggested in following thread

    After getting green result from Msm8974DownloadTool, I have removed device and tried to reboot it. As expected it should boot up with Color OS but to my surprise screen displays only red color oneplus logo and after few seconds it animates little bit and then screen goes off.

    But when the screen is off I connected to PC, it appears as a media device and Windows suggest to format it ….another few minutes it opens with two folders named as image and verinfo.

    I have tried it to start in fastboot which is possible, then I tried with recovery. It opens with color OS recovery with very few options.

    I am little scared to take any further action….guys please guide me. I am new to android …

    Wait, if you can get into fast boot, you're golden.

    Just get a toolkit and run it

    I had MIUI 6 after that when i tried to bring it back to cyanogen12 ....i must have done some thing stupid and ended with hard bricked OPO. It took me two days to bring life in it.

    Can you please guide me a proper steps to flash through fastboot. Sorry when i bricked the OPO i had followed one of the thread and ended in this mess.

    Thanks guys i did manage to bring life in my hard bricked OPO. Thanks to all the people who helped me. I have followed following two threads and succeed.

    For fastboot and adb on my windows 8.1 system i used flowing 15 sec loadable and can be accessed from any file or folder, link is as follow:

    Following link helped me to bring my dead OPO to life

    But after this i was only able to use fastboot and recovery from Color Os. So i used Becon Root Toolkit for flashing Cyanogen 11. Better is manual download the required ROM and while flashing just skip hash check.
