so I just got this as soon as I updated to 10.3.1

I went to settings. chose all the three themes one by one and finally settled on nuanced dark. now it no longer appears

Same issue here.Tried all the above mentioned solutions but nothing worked.Sad thing is,that since it's a system notification,it can't be disabled.Well it's not a bug that messes up your phone, but still kinda frustrating to see it every time a theme operation action is performed.

Over the handling notification, does someone noticed that, after the update to 10.3.1, you can't answer to the Instagram stories?! Or you can write dm, but you can't see what you're writing?! So, Instagram don't scroll up while the keyboard come in.
    I think it's correlated.

Already answered on in 10.3.1 thread, no need to Hjack another thread when this has no bearing on it.

    Same here.

Updated to OOS 10.3.1 this morning and since then I'm getting this notification quiet frequently. It stays for like 10 seconds and then disappears.

Have tried tapping on the notification but nothing happens.

Has been discussed, and there is no solution until next release of OOS, assuming they fix the code for this issue. See above for more info

I'm getting the same thing. If I put my phone down I notice that every minute or so I get that handling theme notification and I am also seeing a bunch of bug reports. The only thing that changed was the update. I have not installed any new apps since the update and never had that notification or any bug reports before. The weird random freeze on certain web pages seems to have been fixed since the update though.

It mainly only happens with a Playstore update, has no bearing on your use of the phone.

I don't believe it has been answered. Shure people have made suggestions, but after trying them all the notification still pops up. Mine says around 17 times a day. I tried switching to light and back to nuanced dark. No change.

Same here after the 10.3.1 update on OP 6t. It happens only when updating apps and at the moment of the notification pop-up the music playing on the background volumes down for a couple of seconds and then back up.
