    You can try clearing your device's cache like this-
    1. Switch off the device
    2. Press the power button and volume down button to enter recovery mode
    3. Select the clear cache option
    4. In the new section that opens, select 'Wipe cache'
    WARNING - DON'T CLICK WIPE DATA, IT WILL LEAD TO COMPLETE DATA WIPE (ALL FILES, MUSIC, PHOTOS, etc)
    5. Exit after process is complete.
