Basic suggestion: did you clear cache of the launcher and in the recovery?

Is it a System UI crash or just a stutter? There have been a few cases of both reported by users

After reviewing forums it appears One Plus Community is a blessing to getting solutions. Finding in most situations disabling or force stopping an application. Then powering down. After rebooting enable App again. Repeat a reboot. Has found to be a solution to many issues. Hope this gives a solution.
    Never settle 🥇😇❤️🕯️♾️☮️🤗😇
