Much easier to navigate the phone. Also if you weren't using them they weren't on screen. It's the all or nothing setting that is now there that is the issue.

Aren't they just duplicates of the hardware buttons placed millimetres lower down? :scratching head:

What hardware buttons? I'm simply talking about the triangle circle and square that could be used to easily navigate the phone.

i It can be customized, it's good for games and videos, you can add new buttons (not just 3), it will not suffer HW failures like HW buttons, I already found posts on OP forum about HW back button not working and I personally already had problem with a HW home button from another phone

The triangle (back button), circle (home button), square (recents), are just on screen duplicates of the phones hardware buttons, you know the home button and the two either side of it.

I wasn't aware they could be added to, as for failures now they aren't actually real buttons any more I don't see that as a problem the buttons are capacitive so they are no more likely to fail than the on screen ones.

    I second that.
Although, we/he should check if the same problem persists with phones without HW buttons.

This is a problem with snapshit or whatever that app is. Uninstall and reinstall and earlier version of that app. Normally the onscreen nav bar don't overlay on full screen apps.

I use to feel the same but hardware keys are better than on-screen buttons.
It covers gallery editing tools too.
MM had an option to hide it but N can't.
Thought on screen buttons are waste of screen and doesn't look cool either!!
