You just need to register Vpost for your US address and use it as your shipping address.
Billing address for me I still leave it as my local address and no issue.
More details you could just see my signature.
I've already updated the shipping detailed time frame for SG bros to estimate duration.

PS. I've bought Insurance for the Vpost shipping. Just in case :)

    For now, yes.
XiaoMi MI4 will be releasing International 4G Edition later last quarter of the year which I've heard about it. Might launch at India first as they will be the pioneer testers to use and determine if there is any issues before launching elsewhere.
I might expect maybe coming near Christmas period?

Seriously, for now since I've already owned OPO, there's not much difference in terms of hardware.
For me to choose, I would prefer OPO over MI4.
OS is not an issue as interested developer might just port MIUI6 to OPO.
Screen-wise, I prefer bigger but not bigger than 5.5" which is just nice using OPO.
Other than the sensitive screen, easily solve by either turning off the touch features or using a flip cover to fix the issue.
Other plus point for OPO which I liked is: Bluetooth 4.1 which MI4 should use it. Why? I use it a lot for earpiece and maybe wristband in future.

    I'm currently using:
NILLKIN OnePlus One H Anti-Explosion Glass Screen Protector
    PELOSI Sandstone Black Case

I was thinking of getting flip case, but after the news that the soon to release update will fix the phone in the pocket issue, that hold me on buying it.

Nope. Just register Vpost, go to My Address tab, use the USA address provided.
There should be a member number in front of your name, OnePlus will ask you to enter your First Name and Last Name, address ...etc. You just "SG-XXXX-XXXX My Name" in one line and last name just put a "-". Then the rest just follow the address provided.

Did you remember how much did you pay for the vpost service back to sg? Also did you have to pay GST for the purchase?

My OPO finally arrived at the vpost forwarding address today. So the shipping cost was S$19.77. If you pay with a posb/dbs card, insurance is tagged along free. I declared the value to be 305usd
