Has Anyone Shipped to Point Roberts Successfully? Aug 2, 2014

    Hi all,

    I'm wondering if anyone from the Vancouver area has successfully shipped the OPO to Point Roberts. I am trying to place my order, but am getting the mysterious "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now" error. I phoned Paypal and they informed me my account is verified, etc, and that the problem is with OnePlus, not my account. Basically, for some unknown reason, OP is rejecting the payment. If anyone has successfully shipped to Point Roberts, I'd greatly appreciate any information you can send my way.

    Issue resolved. Did not sign in with Paypal; instead, used credit card "Powered by Paypal." Order processed successfully, pending shipping.

    I live in Seattle, and my Mom and brother live in Vancouver BC, yet I've never been to Pt Roberts. Is there a border crossing there, or just a sign?

    I don't think there's a border crossing at Point Roberts as I've never been there but crossed over to the states farther east... 8)

    I'm in Canada but close to that area... If you just ordered it you'll be ok as my second One was a breeze coming from LA... 8)

    Thanks. So around $400. So they are pretty lenient about the taxes even if I declare the phone as $380 CAD?

    Bring another person with you = $400 no problem. I usually bring the kids and can bring back $800 with out issue.

    Hey I'm facing a similar issue, wanted to ask so it may help me and others.

    1. Did you list two different addresses for the shipping and billing address on your OPO account?
    2. Did you have the shipping address added on PayPal?

    I keep getting the same error and I have two separate addresses added on OPO for billing/shipping. I also have the shipping address listed on PayPal.
