As stated before your company built this Phone and You all have Designed the Phone system to Use a 5 G Network, but within the BIO'S System it Only List Data Network Speeds in Kilobytes? Why? If I was building something to Run on Five G it would State in GB and certainly not in kilobytes. As the screenshot shows the Data Network speeds

If the connection is below 1 MB, your speeds will show in Kb. This is normal. Download a large file to see the MB displayed.

According to the Speed Test website my 5G connection with T-Mobile is just fine. But it was also the first time I saw the network speed reach MB/S in the notification bar up top. Maybe your phone and network speed is just fine, and the speeds that are displayed in the notifications bar is not an accurate representation of your actual network speed.

Here's the list from SpeedTest that shows over Months of No 20MB Speeds. Everyone of them is below 20mb. What's the deal? The Network Offer/Givin are Two different Things? Because I know I can go into the BIOS and set the BIOS to state that the phone is on 2000 Jeep it's only a program in the bios it's not actually representing anything other than a 5G Network that stated in the bios to flash on the notification screen so the data speed when it states in data speed anything below a megastate is going to show in kilobytes well it's always showing in kilobytes whether I sit here for 20 minutes waiting on Google to load my Gmail page so I can see my mail or I have to wait 20 minutes why loads up a web page why it says there's 0.0 KB going to the data Network if I was truly on a 5 GB Network it would say gigabyte all right megabytes or something other than just a kilobyte everyday 200 300 500 2.9 it's always a kilobytes it never gets a puppet so it has to be either the the phone or the network and I'm presuming it both I'm being lied to by the phone company that manufactured the phone by loading the BIOS to state that it's a 5G Network that it only works on a kilobyte Network uploads and downloads only on a kilobyte Network makes no sense to me

I think you need to battle this out with your provider.
