If you are having sim problems it might be best to just get yourself a new sim card. They are cheap enough.

You could also do an app settings reset. Then delete cache data.

do you have a 7pro? cause it seems like I can't double tap the home screen to lock anymore like I did on my 6 and I hope that's not gone.

Anyone had duplicate ghost icons appear on the home screens, launcher dock, notification pull down, and all widgets after migrating with OnePlus Switch from the 6T to 7 Pro?
Had it happen twice last night, wound up factory resetting the device both times to fix it. Reboot, and full power off & reboot did not fix it.

Hi, I used the switch app to copy settings from my op6 to 7 pro. But it didn't copy my ring tone settings/alarm etc. And for some weird reason, Instagram and Twitter were not installed.

yeah I've had quite a few bugs. like apps constanly crashing and getting messages that the app I wanna open keeps closing and I have to uninstall the app then reinstall it, visiual voicemail not working, when I slide up to answer calls it hangs up instead. and a few others. I hope updates fix some of them.

that's weird cause on the app it gives the option of switching from an iPhone. and I did it once from an iPhone 5

Used OnePlus switch to migrate from Nexus6p to OnePlus Pro 7. Did not work the 1st time, but worked well the 2nd time I tried it. I had to cancel the 1st time as no data was showing up being transferred. The weirdest thing that I saw was the lost of my internet connection! Anyone else notice that?

Yes! That happened because Oneplus Switch uses WiFi Direct transfer via the Mobile Hotspot application, so mobile data is disabled during the transfer operation.

Ah I must have missed that detail when I read how to use the Switch. Thank you for the reply!

Its on your home screen settings. They moved it didn't know where it was at first either.
