Headphone rule #1 - never buy headphones from a company that manufactured and sold you the phone.

Contact support they switched it during manufacturing, so it means that it is a defect caused by OnePlus. Sadly it may take 3-10 days for them to contact you and another to confirm and ship a replacement and you returning the old one.

Its a missprint on the headphones? Try them in a different device with the same track.

No missprint I tried them on my laptop and the channels are correct on it.

You wouldn't really know you have the problem unless you listened to each channel individually.

Have you try to reverse the earbuds, put L in right ear, R in left ear?

The reason he doesn't do it is the fact that you know it is imperfect and then your mind can't stand it, basically ocd, so yeah no need to be like that.

I am dyslexic so who cares if right or left. I sometimes reverse numbers too.

Exactly. However, that's what I'll probably wind up doing 'cause I'll be damned if I'm going to send this back and get something far worse. This is the only problem I'm having with it.
