Unless you show the details it's not proven. Making a statement doesn't make it so. Show a screenshot from Devcheck. Your previous image in your original post above had a game open and phone is charging as well, of course that will produce heat. And your image shows 38° which is well within parameters while a game is open and you are charging at the same time.

So it's logical to check the temperatures correctly with a tool designed for the job. And preferably while NOT charging the phone.

38° is not hot that is normal when using a phone. Body heat is approx 36° so where is the heat going to go while in your hands and in use. Come back when it goes over 45°.

And I see you are playing a game and Charging the phone as well. Pushing the boundaries and the Temps you show are still well within parameters.

Use Devcheck from the Playstore, this will show actual temps. Clear your recents and do a check and then also check when you feel its getting hot. Post a screenshot here for comparison. Here is my example.

Only way to prove you being right is to use the logical process and show the actual temps as seen in my screenshot through Devcheck or similar well known dedicated hardware checking app from the Playstore. Once you can show those details it can be checked further and a solution may present itself.

I can't help it when I am correct. But to evaluate temperatures correctly you need a dedicated app for that and Devcheck will show what that is. Also you need to check when apps are closed and phone is idle and then while apps are open or phone is charging or whenever you feel heat. This will give a good comparison. Also take note of what apps are open so the heat can be identified.

This is all a logical way to troubleshoot an issue. You must use logic and technical expertise to deduce how to fix your issue. Its very straightforward. 🤷🏻‍♂️👍

And yet the temperature shown in the game app is within parameters while having a game open and charging at the same time. Please reread what I have already mentioned to get an accurate picture of the alleged temperature issue you have.

It's not that hard to do these checks to have proper accurate information. If you don't want help on the issue, please say so and I will leave it at that. 👍🤷🏻‍♂️
