    yes having the same issue of heating and battery draining. even on 15min of call phone get heats up. disappointing

    it does.. any devices will.. my iPad gets heated up when I use it under hot sun and shows a sign saying high temperature warning.

    Almost all the time it's working well! Especially while playing asphalt 8 and few small games.

    But while playing real racing 3 and using camera (>10min), it's getting heated up ...

    My OP5's temp stays at around 28C during normal usage AND dash charging. 35 degrees is the highest it ever went up to. This phone is amazing.

    I think if it's just warm it is fine. my Galaxy note 4 used to get so hot I could not put it in my pocket because it was uncomfortable.

    Heating isn't the issue. Random reboots under the sun is the problem.

    yes I have also faced the same problem that it gets a bit heated while we charge it and simultaneously are using 4g data and using various apps

    I am having a 8GB variant. Yes, it does get heated up using apps with internet usage like maps etc and even using camera app the phone was getting heated up.
    Any solution yet?

    I live in panama, i think it could be as hot as india, here, even the coolest phone get warm under the sunlight. Also if you have a metal body cellphone it became a huge heatsink, it have to be warm a little, if you can't handle the heat, and you experienced any lag or problems (like with my Sony Z3), that shotdown the camera app cuz' of the temperature. I suggest to take it to technical support. My suggestion

    Yes. The phone gets warm only when using it under sunlight. Though the performance was not affected.
