Try changing your Font to the 2nd option to what you have it set to currently.

I already changed the font and tried several different languages and it does not work, in the languages section I get like this it has never happened to me before

Download the latest update and reflash it. It should help of there are any corrupt files.

Because I doubt if OnePlus tests any of the other languages besides those and Chinese.

I noticed in your original post above that the font displayed in the image you posted is different to OnePlus standard Fonts. Have you installed or altered the font somehow?
