Other HELP, I need a copy of CMIIT ID certification

    amleonlo , Sep 3, 2019 :
The OnePlus 7 (GM1900 - International model) is not registered by colombian IT authorities as a safe device since it does not have a FCC-ID certificate, so the government is blocking all IMEIs that belong to a device with no FCC-ID. The GM1900 has CMIIT-ID certificate instead (2018CP7482), so, in order to register your device and avoiding a blocked IMEI, I need to get a copy of the 2018CP7482 certification to present it to the authorities as soon as possible.

I appreciate all your help! -comunity and OnePlus staff-

I do hope this will not be an issue for 7 Pro, since I need to go to Colombia soon for business purposes...

Almost all the Colombian users bought via US store.
The OP7 is not for the US market so has no FCC I believe

I think it's because the OP7 is not meant for US market and so would not have FCC ID.
I thought to tag you incase you knew of a way to may it work.

    Thank you for replying.

My advice to you is that you check the returns policy for Gearbest and see if you can do that and get your money back.

As the OP7 was not sold in the US market, it has no FCC-ID.
I checked and see no way around that.

I am sorry that there is nothing more I can do to assist in this case.
