    Reply not Replay. Replay is when you Play something again, Reply is when you respond to a message; or in this instance a support ticket.

    My order has been placed now with the new invite they provided. Status: pending shipment. Glad they got this sorted out.

    This is such a depressing thread! So what is the point of getting an invite now? With "NO" official response from OnePlus stating if this issue has been fixed or not, are we all supposed to take our "chances" and initiate the purchase to find out? Thereby if unsuccessful, loosing the valuable invite which many have waited months to get? Not cool OnePlus! It's sad to see many people get affected by this, hope everyone gets their invites back ...

    This still hasn't fixed my problem :( I didn't get as far as PayPal. I had an error on the checkout page (somehow no payment option was selected, despite PayPal supposedly being selected by default). I still have the OPO in my basket, but my invite listed as used.
