HELP my order canceled and my invite status is USED

    Yep, mind's already been submitted a day. Will post here when I finally hear back.

    Since it's such a common problem at the moment maybe they're trying to fix the issue before giving us new invites and the same thing happening again.

    Yeah, this just happened to me today couple hours ago.

    Can't believe... Been waiting for MONTHS and FINALY when I get the invite, this stupid problem occurs. COME ON!

    It's like.. you are a small child, in front of a candy store, watching as people buy candy. You go in the store because you want some too! You got the money and you go to queue. The Queue is long and it moves veeery slowly. It's taking ages!! At least 5 hours! During that time you are just dreaming about the candy, how it feel to open it, how it will feel when you put it in your mouth and taste it.
    Finaly at the counter, the cashier says "what would you want cute child?"
    "I want that candy!" and you point out the candy behind her.
    She smiles at you and places it on the counter and starts to process the purchase and
    Suddenly she looks at you, takes the candy away, drives you away and says "NEXT!"
    And it's gone... the candy is gone. You were so close to it. You almost could touch it and feel it. BUt now it's gone.

    This is getting me seriously depressed.
    Can't buy this ******* phone, even WITH the invite. -_-

    Of course I sent the ticket immediatelly.

    Please Support Us as all of us didn't receive any replay from support team
    as our invites status showing used and that is because a Bug in the check out system
    and the order status showing cancel.

    you can find some of the users who had these problem in the first post in that thread.

    I submitted my support request just after the problem but still no answer... This is really frustrating but I'll guess we just have to wait as it is happening with so many people...

    I actually had the same problem today :( its so heart breaking, I contact support and I haven't heard anything and I was talking to The guy who gave me the invite and he said that he didn't use it :( I was wondering will the support give us another invite or will we have to wait and wait til someone nice gives us an invite again :/

    I also have the same problem. the page said my invite was expired. on the other page it now says my invite is used?
