    Hey everyone,

I hope you are enjoying OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren. To improve our products and create a better user experience for you, we want to collect logs of any connectivity issues for further analysis.

We understand it will take some time and energy to capture and submit the log. To show our appreciation, the first 15 users who provide valid logs will receive the OnePlus Bullets Wireless 2 as a gift.

We are looking forward to hearing from you. To join, please complete the following steps to help us capture the connectivity issue:
    1. Input *#800# from dialing interface, enter "oneplus Logkit", delete history log.
    2. Enable "Network Tcpdump Log " then click "get QXDM Log", choose "modem-common", and then click "open device log".
    3. Click “Move log path to built-in SD card" and then Click "save log", when it informs you whether to reboot, click "Reboot".
    4. Restart the device.
    5. After restart is completed, Remove SIM and insert to device again.
    6. Reproduce the issue and take 1 or 2 screenshots to record the issue happening time. (If you can't reproduce issue within 10 minutes, you can click "Delete history log" for saving space)
    7. Wait for 3 minutes then Enter *#800# on dial pad, click "OnePlus logkit" then choose "get QXDM log" click "close device log", then go back and disable "save log" and click "Move log path to build-in SD card" again to stop it.
    8. Enter File manager >Internal storage, find the oem_log file and long press and click upper corner three dots to compress it and upload it in OneDrive or Google Drive along with the screenshots.
(Note: After you share us the logs, please delete the file from your phone, or it will occupy a lot of storage.)

Please send your log or Google link to our official email address: logsubmit-OP@oneplus.com. It will be greatly appreciated and used to improve the phone.

Privacy note: Under some circumstances you might need to provide some personal such as location and device information. OnePlus always care about your privacy and logs won’t be used for other purposes.

If you have other issues to be reported, please upload your log through Feedback in OnePlus Community App.
As always, thank you for your support. OnePlus is dedicated to building better products together with our community!

    Never settle!

Hahahaha another device you're struggling to support. I'm glad I switched from OnePlus to my Note 10 Plus....at least Samsung can support the device they're selling....

Funny that, you didn't ask regular 7 Pro owners for logs for 5G connection issues....you can't even push Android 10 because you know chopsticks all about supporting the device you're selling!

    @Manu J.
When is the 7 Pro 5G going to get any support or any issues they have addressed?
I get Oneplus are too busy releasing new phones to struggle to support, but we want answers. I didn't pay a ridiculous amount of money to be your beta tester.

Hey, I have a pro 7T McLaren 5G. Didn't know we was having a problem. I've had my phone set to restart daily a 4am just because I can. Since day one. It's an old Blackberry feature.

Hey, @Manu J. I assume there is no way to contact you so I'll post here. But the people who bought the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren could really use some input as absolutely no one will help us (including OP and TMobile). The dam phone was made by OP yet no help and T-Mobile support is too ****ing stupid to help. To anyone who says "shouldn't have bought a T-Mobile device" yea we get it.

what problems are you having on your OnePlus 7t pro 5g McLaren.v how to fix last month and put up the December security update for GPS issues. I got a little bit better better life after the update but I decided to factory reset banging a good amount of battery but still only going to be 3 hours of screen on time where should at least get maybe four to five on minimum use. I was maybe wondering what other issues you might be having. it seems Android 10 in general has battery issues Google needs to fix those as well since his in base Android.

The latest update broke 5G for me. It won't load anything while connected to 5G and change to LTE. I try to do a speedtest and it will keep changing from 5G to LTE endlessly.

I would look into doing a factory data reset because I have the latest update as well and it's not doing that for me. my phone has been working really well since I did a factory reset about 2 months ago.

Already did factory reset. LTE is working but 5G is still not working for me. Some people on reddit are having trouble with 5G after the update too.

which update would that be because I'm not having those issues and I have the latest update with February security patch. I understand that other people may having issues. but also doing a chassis partition wipe can help as well.

also another thing to consider are signs of transition with the Sprint merger Soon and they're updating towers constantly to go to 5G some areas could be taxed. well all that is going on

okay well I have not updated I will update and see what it does. and see if it is a system light thing or if it's just stickley to your device. I would still suggest doing a Jessie partition wipe since that helps wipe away the old update data in the temporary update data.

also what are you truly experiencing is it just not loading on 5G. if so I would call T-Mobile then let them know. you let their text now they will then let one plus know the more people that call the more that they will know. if I have those issues I will call.

also I was summoned as a feedback bug report through here. only way the developers are going to know that there's issues wrong with calling T-Mobile.

Thank you. I know that I'm not the only one with the problem, but I don't know if it's affecting everyone. Try to do a speedtest after the update and see if it changes from 5G to LTE every time.

Also what is a Jessie partition wipe? The cache?
