    Do you mean the password you have to type in when turning your phone on?
    If yes, it's the same password as your regular Lockscreen password

    No he meant a password when you turn OFF the phone (in case his phone gets stolen) but it's not possible @OmerEdri1

    By default, you're already asked to enter the pin code of your sim card when you turn on the phone.

    All someone has to do is force your device to power down. This can be done even on the Samsung with a password.
