    Hi All,
    I am Mahfuz,
    Live in Bangladesh. I bought this 8T last July.. All the things are going perfect.
    But last 10-15 days I am facing a issue.
    When someone calls me I don't see who is calling for 3-4 seconds

    Again vice versa when I call someone I don't see caller details.

    Is any one facing this issue?

    Hey Mahfuz.

    Kindly try this:
    • Clear cache of the Phone app,
    • Uninstall it's updates,
    • Reboot and,
    • Update the app.

    Additionally, you can also try this:
    • Clear cache as follows;
    1. Turn the phone off (unplug the charger if charging).
    2. Hold Power and Volume Down Button
    3. English (or pick any language that you want)
    4. Wipe data & cache
    5. Wipe cache (this does not delete your personal data)
    6. Yes
    7. Reboot.
    And one more thing, do you have Truecaller app installed?

    What is your OS version installed currently on your phone? Did you start facing the issue right after the previous OS update?

    Okay. Looks like it could be a bug with the update that led to the issue you are currently facing. Kindly, report the bug to the following link so that the concerned team at OnePlus is aware about it and can potentially work on a fix.

    Once there, Go to Submit Bug > OTA and fill out the details clearly explaining everything regarding your case.

    Also, if you wish, try a phone reset to see if it works. Do backup your data before resetting.

    It most likely seems like a bug that is caused by the update. Kindly report this as suggested below. I'm not sure what else you can do. You've pretty much tried everything that would be done.
