My 7T loses 1% every hour during sleep mode with no apps in background. Wifi & data connection stays on. It's a straight downward slide every night.. Its as if phone never goes on sleep mode. Looking for solution.. Kindly fix via OTA.

    1. post battery diagram
    2. check your apps. one or more apps are draining the battery
if you find the app that's draining the battery, enable battery optimization

Hello, thank you for replying. Here are screenshots of battery diagram. Took first screenshot at time of sleeping & the second one after waking up. Please review & tell if there's something I can do to fix it.

    P. S. - This is a regular pattern. If required u can share pattern for 5 days continuously.

but that's for 16 minutes... doesn't say anything

post a screenshot when you've left the phone alone for 5-6 hours. like after getting up in the morning.

hi there, my battery drain 1.4% per hour. I think this is pretty normal. if you disable all radio functions. what is your battery drain then? I also disable the always on display. this helped a lot. check out batteryaccu app to monitor these stats

Hello.. Its not for 16 minutes.. I have provided two screenshots.. First one taken at 02:47 in night with 88% battery & second one at 12:53 in noon after waking up with 80% as remaining battery.. I. E. Loss of 8%..whereas if you compare both screenshots, you will only find accountable loss of 6% when compared to first screenshot...2% seem to have wandered in thin air.

I hope, I am making sense and am able to explain my issue in detail.

    Hi. Thanks for replying.

I have OnePlus-7t which as of now does not have always on display.. It displays time on lock screen with lift to wake option or with knocking screen once or twice.. Does not display time or any other information while lying idle.

In regards to 1.4% per battery drain on your phone, for comparison purpose only, I would like to tell you that I used to use Redmi Note 3 as my daily driver prior to this phone & used to experienced only 2% of battery loss during my 8 hrs sleep. So unfortunately 1% or 1.4% loss per during sleep period with ph completely lying in idle state does not seem normal to me & I suggest even you should get your phone checked (if one plus 7t).

I have a OnePlus 7T which I purchased in the month of October 2019. Since the last update I'm facing a huge idle battery drain too. I believe it has something to do with the radio receiving signals. The idle drain is more in one room of my apartment than the other.

are you talking to me? I never had issues with battery life.

and yes that's because on iPhone there are actually standards and not everyone can develop and publish applications just like that.
