Horrible battery life

Hi, for the past few days I've been noticing that my oneplus 3 has been having poorer than average battery life and would be barely last through a day as opposed to 2 days normally. But today it really kicked into high gear and the phone can barely last for a few hours and it now gets very hot as well. Is there anything I should do to fix this?

I would also like to add that I have tried multiple times turning off/on the phone, resetting cache, disabling backups, reset app permissions, and cleared data from Google play services

I'm traveling right now and having to go through the process of rooting my phone without a computer would be too much of a hassle

For the first time ever, I'm experiencing HORRENDOUS BATTERY LIFE on OOS 4.0.3.

Something is clearly wrong here. On previous Nougat based versions I used to get around the 4.5 SOT with one day total and 4-5% over night. It slowly went down to 3 SOT on half a day and now! 25% overnight with 30 min of SOT and I'm already at 61%.

Absolutely ridiculous. I've tried everything. Trust me. Clearing cache, factory reset, battery calibration, clean flash again, turning off backup, EVERYTHING. I'm using the same accounts, patterns and apps as I've always been. I know my mobile reception is so-so. It's always been that way and I got 8 hours SOT on Marshmallow.

This is absurd and needs to be fixed ASAP. I know for sure that I'm not the only one complaining, just look around.

And yes, I searched the forums, no real solutions out there. I don't usually open threads like this, but Oneplus has to acknowledge this issue. It's a deal breaker for me.
