How can I flash a stable build on my OP6T running Beta 5?

    jaxidian, Mar 2, 2019 :
I have Beta 5 installed (released a few days ago on Feb 27) and I'm trying to revert back to the latest stable (released on Feb 21). When I try to do a Local Upgrade, it says I cannot because I'm trying to flash an older build.

So, what are my options other than waiting for a new stable build to be released?

You can read the instructions on the thread where you downloaded the beta?

"Next time you should read carefully what you do, before you do it."

WTF is this supposed to mean? I'm not allowed to ask a question without passive aggressive insults? I've been in the beta for months - I don't remember all of the steps for contingencies from months ago.

Thanks for the info on the rollback ROM, I believe that's what I need. But jeez!

After more reading, it looks like that rollback rom doesn't work with the 6T. At this point, the MsmDownloadTool is the only option I'm finding short of contacting OP Support.

See post #20 of OxygenOS Open Beta 13 for the OnePlus 6 and Open Beta 5 for OnePlus 6T

There is no, "Roll back", firmware for the 6T and waiting for a new stable release won't work either.
