    http://downloads.oneplus.net/devices/oneplus-5/
    grab the oxygenos 4.5.10 zip file if you don't want to update to the latest one, it should be around 1.5gb in size.
    then just flash it from twrp, and flash magisk right after you've flashed the rom.
    also don't forget to make backups and clear the cache after flashing the zip files.

    this is the reason why I don't update my phone to 4.5.13,because it will unrooted my phone.
    so if I flash the new rom will my phone be unrooted?

    I don't think safetynet works with magisk visible.

    yeah your phone will be unrooted, and you just need to reflash magisk to regain root, it's very simple process, really.
    magisk will be invisible to google services by default, so safetynet will still work.

    no, if the bootloader is deleted then your phone won't start. you might've misread that.
    also you should keep twrp installed if your phone is rooted for backup purposes, just in case if anything gone wrong you can just restore the backup from twrp.
