How long will a built in battery last?

Would there be any means the battery could be replaced --albeit long distance from the date of purchase? Any idea?

So far, looks like no on replaceable battery option. I have never had to replace one, but it should be good for a few years with normal use. By that point, you will be wanting a one plus two. ;)

Think you some of you guys just answered the title without reading what he actually posted afterward :p I believe its been said somewhere way back that you might be able to send the device back to OP to have it changed(at a cost) or just do it yourself and void the warranty.

About as long as a replaceable battery. Depending on usage, about a day or two.
    Lifetime? About 2 years.

There will always be a way to replace a component, just takes skills and time. And parts!

should last at full capacity for 1 to 1.5 years (300-500 cycles), after that it slowly decreases capacity till it is completely dead. judging from my and friend's old iphone 4s i would say 3 years of solid normal use. of course there is always the temperature and stuff taken into consideration as well, so that could vary. the opo phone battery looks like it could be changed quiet easily

The fact that the battery is built in doesn't mean that it can't be replaced , it can be just not very easily. If your battery was to break or not hold charge well that doesn't mean you need to buy a new phone as it can be replaced. For some one like me who can fix phones this is no problem I have all the equipment needed.
