I still using it with LineageOS with Android 7.1.2. Good performance, battery live, etc.. The only issuees are with camera, which never worked well (even with original Cyanogen OS) , and sometimes is rebooting when switching from WiFi to LTE ( for example when you walk away from WiFi area while using it)

I've tested other smartphones, other brands, and even the OnePlus 6 and I'm not going to change. OnePlus One is awesome after 4 years.

I appreciate your loyalty but the OnePlus One does not compare to the 6! it's time to upgrade [e]1f60a[/e].

My wife has one. Running the latest Lineage 14 build. (No official Oreo yet). Does everything you need a phone to do. No reason to upgrade yet. Good performance and battery life.

:-D It's always depending on what you do, and what you expect. I use OplusOne for business and personal and I don't need more. Why spend 600€ on device? The day it really becomes unusable or really outdated then I will do?

Pertaining to specs and software features, the phone is outdated. Please don't misunderstand me, I get that it still works and fits what you do daily but it's time to upgrade. just grab the 64 GB for $529, then you technically won't be spending $600! [e]1f60a[/e]

using op1 since 3 years, also got upgraded with op6 today.... my op1 phone is in awesome condition with no dents or other damages... sometimes I face slowness, and the phone gets hanged where I'll have to reboot. also, the battery drains off. please let me know if this can be rectified. also, am not able to find a dash charger for op1 anywhere. I do see some in Amazon app but I feel those are duplicate ones. please let me know where I can get the original one.

I just upgraded to the 6 from the One. After I get the 6 configged to my satisfaction, I'm putting Paranoid Android on it and taking it for a spin. For now, it's still running the latest version of Cyanogen OS, last updated Dec 2016.

The ColorOS camera can do wonders, but it only works on older versions of Android.

I do! Still with the last official stock CyanogenOS on it too. Never transitioned it to OxygenOS.

I've been through Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy Note 2, ZTE Axon Pro, Sony Xperia Z Ultra, Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 6P, Pixel XL, Galaxy S8+ & I came back here ditching the S8+ by ordering the OnePlus 6 Mirror Black 8GB / 128GB at exactly 10AM EST on 5-22, with delivery on 5-25.

Now some may ask why would I switch from a Galaxy S8+ to a OnePlus 6? There are a number of reasons, Samsung is horrendous about software updates for 1. Then there's the specs:

    S8+: Android 8.0.0 with Samsung Experience 9.0, Snapdragon 835, 4GB, 64GB, QC 3.0 & having to charge up 2 times a day (I live on my phone).

OnePlus 6: Android 8.1 based OxygenOS, Snapdragon 845, 8GB, 128GB, Dash Charge & can go all day without having to recharge.

Now I am going to put my S8+, Generic DeX Dock, Generic Qi Charging pad, Gear VR (2017) & Gear 360 Camera (2017) on eBay as a bundle & easily recoup the cost for switching back to the OnePlus family.

From here on out, I'm sticking with the family & only getting OnePlus phones.

Hopefully, by the OnePlus 7 we'll have a 2K or 4K display & under display finger print scanner. I know there's a lot of people wanting Wireless charging, although I personally hated it, it's still a needed feature for those that do.
