I had the Samsung Galaxy S2, skipped the S3 and the S4 and it wasn't until the home button broke on my S2 that I almost upgraded straight to the S5. Then the OPO came out and I waited for that instead. The S2 was a great phone and I saw no need to replace it, when my contract ran out I just went SIM only. I'm never desperate to have the latest model to be honest, but I would like to take a look at the OP2 and I'll probably get it for my boyfriend (as I did with the OPO).

damn. the first OP2 price in HKD was released at $2799 64GB. but now the current release price is $2999 64GB... its like $200HKD more.... it makes me wana buy the OPO instead. the drop down price now (w/out an invite) is only $2299HKD for 64GB.

i guess OPO is still worth getting it?

so is OPO still a good buy as of today? becoz in hong kong, the release price was $2799HKD 64gb; but recently changed on their offical site $2999HKD 64gb; i know its still cheaper than most other countries... but OPO is on sale for $2299, so tempting to buy OPO instead...

Have changed it in the past when the contract ran out - so 2 years. Now with my OPO it's a rolling phone contract so free to choose.
Have been thinking about getting the OP2 when the invite finally comes in, but I have only had the OPO since November and swore I would keep it for 18 months to 2 years.... will the #hype push me over the edge?

    Probably! :)

Every 18 - 24 months, although now I've had my Galaxy S4 for over that period. Still not a bad phone, mind, but it's definitely time to change.
