For me, the 2000s was the best time ever😀. Changing trends, changing ways of doing everything quicker and for the technology, it was the best period for consumer products.😉
I was born in the early 2000s and just like most members in this community, I witnessed the changing world of tech around us - from CRTs to LCDs to LED TVs, from Key Pad phones to Touchscreen phones (fingerprint sensor was a big deal in the early 2010s, then they became the new normal) , from big ol' Desktops to small and compact Laptops, from Ethernet to cellular & WiFi, from Pogo and Cartoon Network to Netflix, Prime and YouTube.😎
(in most of my early childhood years we used this TV)
My description of this tech revolution may be a little different from the other members of the community from EU or US because the tech revolution was a little delayed in India at that time (not much, but still observable).🙄
If we think of phones at that time, Nokia and Samsung were the leaders 😮! Then came Apple and Blackberry and the industry started to bloom.
(Phone market in 2008-9)
So, coming to the question now -
How OnePlus phones would've been if they were launched in the 2000s?
According to me, it would've been definitely a Keypad phone, but with a sleek and premium feel. The buttons would've been of hard plastic with a little sandstone like finish. The back plate with Kevlar like finish. The display with a plastic covering slightly curved on the edge....so basically a Sleek, Smart and Stylish phone (specs were not noticed much back then).😉
So what do you think?
In what ways would they be different from the ones that existed back then?😄
Looking forward to see some great and creative replies!
