Mine shows up in the menu you show with a toggle. Ensure you have volte turned on with your carrier. Even though they support it, it may not be turned on by default in your account.

type *#*#4636#*#* in phone keypad. a menu will open, click on "phone information", there u'll get a screen as shown in screenshot. click voLTE provisioned to turn it on. I am not using a 4G sim, so can't ensure if it's working or not. try it and inform here. thanks

My provider (Tele2, The Netherlands) also support VoLTE, but doesn't yet work with my OP5. When will support be added for my provider?

In my opinion also Oneplus plays a role here because what I read is that they also need to do something to certify their phone a certain network. So is there a roll-out plan?

Highly doubtful. Oneplus has never had a good track record when it comes to certifying their phones. Hell, the IMEI's they use are garbage IMEI's.

    That is your opinion.
The fact is that each operator makes a decision on what models they give VoLTE to, and the manufacturers have no say in it.
Prime example: O2 is officially selling the phone, but are not supporting VoLTE on it. EE does give VoLTE and VOWiFi to the op5 despite not selling it.

The option is available only when the SIM card supports and requires VoLTE...like when I switch on my Jio SIM it shows VoLTE toggle...but when i switch Jio SIM off and use Airtel 4G SIM for data...the toggle disappears.

Only Jio has VoLTE in India no other provider has VoLTE support yet. They only have 4G. Watch some news or read newspapers for God's sake.

Wasn't aware of that, are they the only UK provider of VoLTE on the OP5?

The o2 stance is very strange, Three I can understand but it annoys me.

Well, I am not sure. For me EE works best, I did try Vodafone, Three and O2 as well but non of those gave me decent coverage. EE is far from perfect but it is the best for me, and they give VoLTE and WoWiFi to my OnePlus 5.
