Unfortunately, you have to wait for an update. I have faced this issue in the past. In the mean time, you can try to "restart" the watch and retry the transfer.

Looks like the file format issue. I faced the issue when I downloaded the music from Pagal world

I am getting exactly the same error as the other people. Can't load my mp3 music. This watch is a waste of money. It is just an lcd display showing the time. Almost everything else is not working. Why they released this product honestly? And they don't even release updates fast. It takes ages.

Here also same problem. It went one time good. Why? I dont know, and after that one time, it always failed again. Very strange.
This watch needs alot bugs to solve.

Hi - I have a ton of Amazon music songs on my 8T. How do I transfer a few of those songs to my OnePlus watch? The files are in my Amazon Music app. If there’s no simple way to transfer from my phone, I also have a Windows 10 laptop as well an iPad Air Gen 4. I can load Amazon Music to these if it’s easier to transfer to the watch from these sources. The iPad would probably be my first choice if I need to do something other than my 8T.
