How to Claim the Netflix Remote after the expiry of Invite Code (Q1 Series Users)

    Hi guys,
    Many users have been trying to claim the complimentary Netflix Remote (Black Colored) after the purchase of OnePlus TV Q1 series, but unfortunately due to the stock issues during and after Covid-19, their invite codes got expired. So, the OnePlus TV team has been trying to find a way to resolve this.

    As a part of that, OnePlus TV team requests the Q1 TV users, who have their invite code expired due to the unavailability of the Netflix Remote, enter their details here in this form.

    After verifying the entered details, the OnePlus TV service team will try to either mail a new code or ship the remote once it's back in stock.
    Please note that there will not be any confirmation mail regarding this. It's only a provision to collect the user data to be able to provide the remote when in stock. So do not fill multiple times.

    PS: This is only for Q1 Series users, who got their existing invite code expired before claiming the remote.

    Thanks to @Nelson M and @Nora Song from the TV team for taking this matter into hands and trying to find a solution.

    Hi. My code is not yet expired but I am not able to add the product to the cart. It still shows me notify option even after entering the invite code. Can you please help.

    It's because of stock issues. If you are not able to order before expiry due to the same issue, you can enter the details after that here.

    I see. Isn't OnePlus giving the new remote out of the box now? My tv was delivered couple of weeks back but I got the old remote. Maybe I got an old manufactured tv?

    No.. It isn't bundled inside the box because as I mentioned in the post, the Netflix one is a Complimentary remote and not a remote that replaced the previous one. The original remote is still the same.

    You need to contact the Customer Care and they will guide you about how the claim. Seems like the procedure is changing, so it might take a couple of days to be streamlined.

    I did contact the customer support today. My code expires tomorrow. I was told that the new code will be sent out to the email id once the remote comes back to stock.

    If you have claimed the invite code already, then you can enter your details in the form I shared in the first post once it's expired. But users who could not even claim the Invite code due to the error have to contact CS.
