How to Claim the Netflix Remote after the expiry of Invite Code (Q1 Series Users)

    I got it delivered just after 4 days of filling the form. But I had filled the day it was released, so maybe the remote is Out of stock in your area @kroyboy , just like many other accessories...

    almost a month now since I filled in the form. And around 2 months since I purchased the tv. Will it ever come to stock in Bangalore? Or, if someone from oneplus can confirm if you have got my remote request. Not sure if something went wrong during form submit.
    Anyone from Bangalore received the remote?

    All the Q1 Series TV users who are unable to claim the remote or have their code expired need to contact OnePlus Customer Care on the Toll-Free Number 18001028411. They will guide you on when and how to get the remote. Right now there is no stock for the Netflix Remote.

    Users who have already submitted their details in the form here earlier and did not receive the remote, need not contact Customer care. CS will contact you and provide you with the update.

    I just got a call from OnePlus customer care saying that there’s no stock and there won’t be any stock in the near future for the Netflix remote. So we’re basically stuck with the bundled hot garbage of a remote now.

    I understand your frustration over the unavailability of the stock. But there's nothing which we can do. We can just hope that it will be back in stock soon...sorry, but can't help you in this case!

    I know. But she clearly said, there’s no chance of it coming back in stock anytime soon, so I wouldn’t hold my breath.

    I think the Netflix Remote was a temporary measure taken to get the Netflix Certification and they never anticipated that so many users would want that.

    Ohh okay. But I think that I should tell you this - I don't use the netflix remote after it was delivered... it is big, bulky, plasticy, has a poor texture, wobbly button caps and no dedicated settings button! The stock silver remote is much better and sleek and stylish...

    My silver remote simply stops working every now and then and I need to plug it in or hold the 1+ button pointed at the screen to make it work again. It's quite irritating. I don't mind chunky remotes with wobbly buttons but this thin remote is annoying to use. In case you're not using yours, I'd be happy to take it off your hands.. :p

    Yes, but with the Netflix remote, you can just pop off the batteries and pop them back in and it will start working again. With the bundled one, that isn't an option.

    Brother I have called and asked them to give me Netflix remote they generated some order then I got call from them that one plus has stopped manufacturing the remote so they can't send the remote . I asked the reason they said it's the management decision. Then I wonder why OnePlus still showing webpages for Netflix remote. Please answer my query.and please esclate this if the information I got is wrong.

    Hey,
    They said it right... Seems like OnePlus decided to stop providing the Netflix Remote. The page is kept alive in my opinion to satisfy the terms and conditions with Netflix. No one got the Netflix remote in the last 2 months. The last batch was provided to the users who submitted their details here on a first come first serve basis.
