    Just keep your phone locked and then plug it for charging you will always get that sound. Phone shouldn't be on silent.
    There nothing that you will get that sound only when battery is full or anything else.

    When I plug my charger in it makes a blip sound & a little lightning bolt to indicate dash charging on my OP5T.
    Hope this helps.

    There is a sound when you connect the charger.
    Your phone should locked while connecting the cable with phone.
