    I'm having the worst experience with the phone right now. it's very buggy and freezes every time I try to use it. it's neither even upgrade nor rolling back to the previous version of OS-11. Please help to sort it out this problem.

    This is a user forum so hashtags don't work here. I'll link a thread that explains how to download and install an update via the use of an APK of the old system updater with local upgrade option, which you would need to bypass this bug you have. It's about the Oxygen updater app but you are of course free to use another external source to download the update from

    Yeah, this has been happening for a lot of users. That's where the APK comes in, that lets you bypass the phone's update section and lets you manually install updates via its local upgrade. A bit of a workaround but it's the only way to update the phone if you have that bug

    What exactly isn't working about it? I used the Oxygen updater app and that APK to manually install the C44 update myself so it definitely works
