Third Party Software How to install Apps from other sources since OxygenOS 5.0?

The setting to install Apps from other sources has changed in OxygenOS 5.0 and it seems it needs to be allowed now per App via Settings - Security & fingerprint - Apps with usage access.

For my Samsung Gear S3 there is a Samsung Gear App that needs to install Samsung Billing but after downloading it cancels the installation because of that setting. I can install all other Apps and Watch Faces from inside the Samsung Gear App except Samsung Billing.

So to enable Samsung Gear to install it I would go into the Apps with usage access setting, find Samsung Gear and enable Permit usage access but there is no Samsung App listed in there.

Is this the wrong way of doing it or should this be done somehow else? I didnt root my OnePlus 3. I also did a factory reset recently.

Same here. One correction: it's "Install unknown apps", not "usage access".
Nevertheless, none of the Samsung apps are listed there, and I cannot enable this permission.
