As I can see reviews and found that there are more features in Cyanogen OS and less features in Oxygen OS compare to Cyanogen. So, will one Plus two with Oxygen OS will get more features in future?? Wanted to buy this phone, please help me in my query..

You can also do it by just connecting the phone and selecting the Oneplus drivers option (it will be in my computer looking just like as if it is a CD inserted)
I did that on my Oneplus 2
    Hope it helped:)

For windows 8 and 10 you may need to go to advanced startup to disable driver signature enforcement. When you advanced reboot, hit troubleshooting, startup options, then hit disable driver signature enforcement, then when it reboots install the drivers, the reboot again to renable enforcement.

I can't get my drivers installed, tried your way. When i go to setup drivers "android device" does not show up in the list of devices. Can you manually find drivers and install ?

I didn't have that issue. Maybe try another advanced startup and make sure signature verification is enabled??

    Hello,
Finally, did you manage to install your driver because I have the same problem as you and the second method didn't work as well.

Hey, I only want to be able to copy file from my PC to my OP2 using USB. I only need to install the drivers for that, no need for fastboot/bootloader right ?

Actually my device is visible but I can't see its content...

    Computer view > http://puu.sh/lcevR/443add5ce0.png

    In ONE A2003 + properties > http://puu.sh/lcev5/138977778d.png

    Is that normal ?

I also followed the instructions there :
    https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/...-custom-recovery-root-efs-backup-more.345478/

But I stopped before Unlock your Bootloader step because I don't think it's necessary for me to wipe my device in order to be able to use it via usb...

Does installing these drivers let the Oneplus appear as a drive letter in Windows Explorer? I simply plugged it in and it appears as a 'ONE A2003' with it's internal storage nested.

It's actually easier than all the things that I've read here.
You just have to plug the OPT in the computer, install the drivers that OPT has by default, if you have trouble with the MTP Driver just go to the device manager search for the MTP right click and update drivers, there you will select the option "Browse my computer..." and you just input the default folder of the OP Driver (in my case for x64 C:\Program Files (x86)\OnePlus USB Drivers) click on next and done, all the drivers are there but since not all of them are signed as secure by Microsoft then sometimes Windows does not install them

    Hey, guys

I just thought I'd share the solution that was working for me with failed installation of USB drivers and getting MTP working in order to share files/folder between my PC and OnePlus2 over USB cable. In order to properly install the OP2 USB drivers you need to first install the Windows Media Feature package.

    Windows 7
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=16546

    Windows 8
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30685

Depending on security settings it might also be needed to boot up Windows with "Disable Driver Signature" enabled (press F8 during reboot) in order to be able to install the OnePlus2 USB drivers.
Once I did all this I had no issues with installing the OP2 drivers and finding my phone while connected through the USB cable.

Good luck! Hope it works for you too!

If you're having problems seeing content on the phone from the PC, you've probably forgotten to change the USB Configuration in the Developer Options from "Charging" to "File transfers".
