    Off Topic:-
Don't just post the thread and go...stick to it for at-least few minutes to answer doubts, to take notes of others suggestions , for some cross question/answers.

put the downloaded zip file in the root directory of storage. then go to settings and the system update, select the wheel option on the top right and select update from local storage. simply select the zio file and then start updating....thats all.

Yes - you need to move to community build. There are two ways:
    1) Stock recovery using sideload
    2) TWRP (for advanced users) - a modified version 3.0.2-23.

In 1st method install adb, usb drivers and fastboot.
Step 1: Turn ON developer mode -->enable USB debugging --> enable OEM unlocking
Step 2: Turn Off device --> go to recovery by pressing power and low volume --> Install from adb --> on computer type adb sideload "filename.zip"

This Is a Community build based on Noughat.
Its not the Stable version. so no OTA will be provided.

if youre already on a CB,
Need to download the Open Beta 8 update onto your OP3 and Reboot to Recovery
    →install from internal memory
    →select the update file
    and it does the work

If youre on the Stable versions of OOS
need to download the update and Push it to your PC , install the ADB drivers
    →Reboot to recovery
    →Select ADB sideload
→On your PC, open a command window. Press Shift + Right click and open command window in the Android Folder

In the command window execute the following code:

ADB Devices : to check if the device is recognized and ADB Drivers are correctly installed.

Once the device code is displayed, run the sideload command:

ADB Sideload (then the name of the zip).zip.

if in case the Device doesnt show up in ADB devices Download The Universal drivers , before installing these , you have uninstall the other drivers. link is below

    Hello Everyone,

As you all discussed, to install this update first you have to be on OpenBeta 7 (Community Build).
